The Organizational Formation Committee was created in December 2013 to bring together organizations currently involved in prison ministry and ex-offenders to identify the after care needs of returning citizens. The goal of this effort is to establish a charitable organization to provide needed services to bridge the re-entry gap and reduce the recidivism rate.
